Alyssa Pasculli
Assistant Director
Alyssa, has over 13 years of experience in a day care setting and is our jack-of-all trades at HLS. She holds a BA in Early Childhood Education and a minor in Sociology from New Jersey City University. She was born and raised in Hoboken and prior to working at HLS, she worked at several other Hoboken day care centers. She began her tenure at HLS as the Lead Toddler Teacher but quickly promoted to the role of Program Supervisor and is now one of our Assistant Directors. Alyssa is proud to be a part of this family establishment and puts her heart and soul into everything she does at HLS. Alyssa says, “I have had exposure to several Hoboken day cares and HLS is just different. We’re a family and we believe that open lines of communication are key to maintaining that relationship. This is a group effort between the management team, the staff and the parents and we are very fortunate to have such an amazing group of people assist us in providing the best possible early childhood experience for our kids.”
